Class of 2027, Senior portrait planning is underway and it's time to get inspired! At Lisa West Photography, we love to use nature as the perfect backdrop to support, but not overshadow, your beautiful Senior Yearbook Photos. In my blog over the next few weeks, I will be highlighting some beautiful backdrop themes from my 2026 seniors including: beach, Boston cityscapes, florals, woods, historic homes & locations and more. In 2026, I had the pleasure of photographing students from Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School, Wayland High School, Weston High School, Concord Carlisle High School, Nashoba Regional High School and more!


Let's kick off Senior yearbook photo backdrop inspiration with florals. Whether you prefer a garden or a field of wildflowers, florals are a great backdrop to make your portraits pop! If a floral backdrop is in your plans, you will want to book your session July through mid-September to get the most vibrant blooms.
